DELIVERY
All orders will be sent to your delivery address on our system.
It is not our responsibility to verify it if is correct.
We use Fastway and Courier Guy Courier Services.
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
Courier service deliveries will take between 2 to 7 Working days.
Your product will arrive within 2 to 8 business days (Standard Shipping).
The sale will begin only on the date the product is sent to the Buyer on which the purchase price is fully transferred to the Central European Time up to the Seller’s bank account has been credited to 14h00 hours.
Our Courier services offer a Monday to Friday (07h30 – 17h00), delivery service.
We do not deliver on Good Friday, the 25th and 26th of December, the 1st of January, or any public holiday in South Africa. There are no weekend deliveries. If you’re not available at the chosen delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, the driver will make a second attempt at another time. After that, our call center will contact you to make other arrangements.
Orders are picked up daily at 13.00 am, therefore all payments received after this time will only be dispatched the following working day, provided there is stock. Where delays and out-of-stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you if we believe there will be a substantial delay in your delivery.
DELIVERY DELAY
Although we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are on schedule, occasionally delays with couriers do happen. We will do our best to resolve any issues on behalf of our customers but will not be able to provide refunds for shipping charges incurred.
PACKAGING
All packages are boxed and sealed for extra support.
All goods are checked before leaving our premises.
